How It Works

1. Browse our curtain and roman blind fabrics to find some you like.  To browse, just click the “free samples” link on the navigation bar at the top of every page. Click here if you want to know more about our curtains or Roman blinds.  Click here if you'd like some more advice on what to choose.

2. You can order straight away by clicking the “buy curtains” or “buy roman blinds” tabs.  If you prefer, you can get free samples first to ensure the fabric really is what you want. We’ll send these out to you in the next post.  With sample fabric in hand, you can test out a swatch in the room you have in mind.

3. Once you’ve chosen your fabrics and taken your measurements you'll be ready to buy curtains or roman blinds.  We'll send measuring  instructions to you with the free swatches but you can also print instructions here .  To buy, click the “buy curtains” or “buy roman blinds” tabs (buttons) on the homepage or on the navigation bar at the top of each page.

4. We believe we’ve designed our online ordering system to be simple and straightforward. We hope you’ll be able to follow each step all the way through to checkout. However, if you prefer to order by phone or if you have a special request (extra fullness or a border, for example) you can call us on 0845 5000 400 and we can go through your order on the phone.

5. Once you’ve completed payment, we’ll send you confirmation and start processing your order. The confirmation should arrive within 2 days.  If it doesn’t, please let us know. If we don’t hear from you, we will assume you are happy with your order. If there’s a stock problem, we’ll contact you at this stage to discuss options.

6. We aim to have your curtains or roman blinds ready to deliver in approximately 4 weeks after confirmation. Once they are ready, we’ll contact you to arrange a convenient delivery time. This will require a signature.

7. Once you’ve received your curtains, please check that everything is in the package. Of course, we want to hear from you - whether you’re delighted OR even if you have a problem.  You can do this via the website feedback page or by calling us on 0845 5000 400.

8. If everything is okay and you’re happy with your purchase in every way, all we’d like to say is thank you and we hope to see you again!  Oh, and please tell your friends about us…
